On the auspicious day of Sharadiya Navratri, Vikram Samvat 2081, we began the journey of creating the REET Community with one clear goal: to prioritize the interests of the people of Bhaarata, wherever they may be in the world. Today, this vision has evolved into a platform poised to address the challenges of the future while preserving the values and heritage of our shared culture.

As we look ahead, the land known as Al-Hind, the Indian Subcontinent, or BhaarataVarsha faces potential upheaval. Civil unrest and inter-country wars may emerge as critical challenges in the next 25 years, threatening lives, livelihoods, and homes.
In these uncertain times, the global diaspora of Hindus will play a pivotal role in creating support network ecosystems. These “bridges” of trust and aid will be anchored in the timeless principles of ShreeRaama and the governance ideals of ShreeRaamaRaajya

Our community is built on the age-old Panchayat System, traditionally held under Vat Vriksha (Banyan Tree), a symbol of wisdom, shelter, and growth.

This governance framework is divided into five key pillars:

• REET Sangha Facilitates Services for exchange of Real Estate Tokens, opening access to ethical property ownership and transactions.
• REET Yantra Facilitates services for digital infrastructure for fair exchange and liquidity management of tokens for real estate transactions.
• REET Bhaum Facilitates services for promoting and managing land assets, aligning their management with spiritual and ethical guidelines.
• REET Vanijya Facilitates services for Fund Rasising by means of Debt, Equity or hybrid derivative options by enabling ethical investment practices for land-related resources.
• REET Nyaya Facilitates services for legal and compliance , upholding natural justice by ensuring all governance follows dharmic practices and respects the legal frameworks of Bhaarata.

Together, these pillars form a Dharmik Network Ecosystem, envisioned to grow into a Kalpavriksha (wish-fulfilling tree), nurturing the dreams of landowners and stakeholders while safeguarding their rights through dharma-based governance.

At REET, we aim to unite Hindus worldwide, including individuals from various sects of Sanatana Dharma—Zoroastrians, Arya Samajis, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, Jews, and others—who recognize and honor ShreeRaama as their sovereign.

As trust builds, we plan to leverage advanced technologies like blockchain to facilitate meaningful exchanges within the community. This will be achieved through the introduction of tokens that carry real-world value.

These tokens can serve various purposes:

• Utility Tokens: For example, arranging rental accommodations in a DharmaShala near an ISKCON temple in London.
• Equity Tokens: Allowing members to invest in organic farming projects following Vadik practices
• Governance Tokens: Empowering communities to make collective decisions, such as Office & Apartments Owners Associations collaborating to take care of security threats to idolworshipping communities.

In the emerging Web 3 landscape, these tokens—Utility Tokens, Equity Tokens, and Governance Tokens—will be closely tied to real estate and other valuable assets

As we achieve milestones together, the REET Community will evolve into a thriving exchange hub where global investors collaborate and trade tokens linked to real-world assets. To support this dynamic ecosystem, we will introduce a unified unit of account: the ShreeRaama Tanka, ensuring fairness and transparency in all transactions.

Social, and Governance (DESG) values of Indic civilization into the realm of real estate.
By incorporating traditional governance principles through the Panchayat System and combining them with modern technologies, the REET Community is poised to create an ecosystem where real estate assets are managed ethically and sustainably, in the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
